Author Biography

Ellen has been in the multifamily industry for 15 years, starting as a part-time leasing agent on weekends. After working onsite for six years, she transitioned to a corporate software support role, helping to implement tools, train teams, and manage all aspects of property management software. She joined Realync in 2020 as a Client Success Manager, where she was able to combine her knowledge of multifamily with her love of connecting with people. Today, Ellen is the Associate Director of Client Success, overseeing the CSMs at Realync to ensure exemplary client experiences. When Ellen isn’t at work, you can find her reading a good book, spending time with her golden retriever, Sunny, or traveling with her husband.
